Don't Worry!

Don't Worry - A happiness formula for people who are constantly worrying about everything.

Nowadays, people are dealing with different forms of worry - whether it's about job security, relationships, finances, health, or the future. Some are anxious about what's already happened, while others are stressed about what might happen. From my personal experience, the best way to cope with any kind of worry is to keep yourself 100% occupied.

You can engage in any activity to keep your mind busy. These activities can be broadly categorized into two types: productive and unproductive. Productive activities include things like cooking, reading books, exercising, and cleaning. Unproductive activities, on the other hand, include using your mobile phone excessively, watching TV, or other forms of passive entertainment.

It doesn’t matter whether a productive activity brings you money or not. The key is that it keeps your mind engaged in a meaningful way. To avoid worrying, it’s better to choose productive activities, because your mind is more important than money. Unproductive activities often lead to regret, which is just another form of worry – a mental state that feels like hell.

Another thing that helps in personal growth is seeking feedback. But not just any feedback – it should be honest and constructive. That’s what truly helps you improve.

When it comes to decision-making, always listen to your own mind. Don’t let society influence your choices. Society includes your friends, relatives, villagers, acquaintances – even your parents. No one truly understands your situation from your own unique perspective.

This is purely my personal understanding: worry leads to overthinking, and overthinking leads to fear. There is a virtual container for fear – if it overflows, it results in trauma, which is simply the accumulation of fear. Often, fear about one thing leads to fear about another. It becomes a chain.

Worry → Overthinking → Fear → Trauma

When your mind feels safe, everything naturally falls into place, and the rest is assured.
